Let your beach life begin as you enter these well-appointed and newly renovated villas on St. Croix's East end. Everything in these units have been chosen specifically to bring the island life vibe indoors- from the local St. Croix artwork to the beachy decor.
The bedrooms are upstairs and are an open loft concept. Climb into the plush comfort and snooze away so you’re ready for your new island adventures the next morning. The kitchens are fully equipped for quick breakfasts on the go or elaborate dinners. Each villa has a gas grill on the patio. Newly remodeled downstairs and most of upstairs is almost complete- perfection takes time!

While both condos can accommodate 4 people, they are most comfortable for 2.
The complex beach is located right across from the entrance next to Duggan’s Reef restaurant. Definitely make reservations at Duggan’s for a romantic dinner and have breakfast or lunch at TLC cafe! Both restaurants are located on the complex grounds.
Ziggy’s Island Market (it’s not “just” a gas station!) and Castaways (restaurant/bar) are just a 5 minute drive away. Grab your provisions, meals and beverages and get back out adventuring! 7-8 minutes drive East takes you to Point a Udall- the most Eastern point of the US. Take in the big views, enjoy a sunrise or a moonrise from here. On a clear day you can see our neighboring US and British islands to the north.

This is the Caribbean-We have critters, bugs, ants, and geckos that you may not be used to at home. They do get inside from time to time. Each unit is treated for bugs monthly, but occasionally some get through. Please don't leave doors and windows without a screen open. Don't leave food on the counters. Please put in the refrigerator

Please put in the refrigerator or place in a Ziploc bag or other container if you leave it out.
We get you started with a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, etc. Depending on the length of your stay, it may be enough or you may need to replenish these yourself.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed per our HOA rules.

This villa is directly associated with a concierge service. They can assist you with reservations, excursions, private chef, charter & local experience planning are included. They also provide a grocery stocking service.
How does it work? A grocery list is sent one week prior to your arrival. All liquor, food & beverage will be stocked prior to your arrival so that the house is ready to go once you arrive! The cost of grocery is paid within 48hrs of arrival along with an itemized receipt that will be given to you at check-in.
All payments for concierge services will be made directly to Isla Vita VI. Please let us know if you would like an introduction.

St. Croix is part of the U.S. Virgin Islands, a U.S. Territory. No passport is needed to arrive or depart St. Croix for U.S. citizens.
Temperatures average between 73°-88° F depending on the time of year. Although it can feel much hotter when the humidity is high.
YES! St. Croix is approximately 80 square miles. Uber and Lyft don't exist here and taxis are very expensive! You will definitely want your own set of wheels to fully experience everything St. Croix has to offer. We highly recommend either Centerline or Judi of St. Croix.
